BORDER  LINKS  RAMPARTS PROJECT  IS  NOW  FULL STEAM  AHEAD

RAMPARTS UPDATE

Now that the building funding is in place the contractors have all been very busy. The changes are amazing to see, the underfloor heating has been installed, rooms boarded out, electrical and plumbing has started and the lift has been fitted. All very exciting watching the new building emerge.

Our members have been planning what they would like to see in the new Hub and helping to plan the kitchen, chill out zone and discussions around additional groups that they would like run. They have been talking about the types of new furniture we should have and how the rooms could be laid out for different events.

Stacey and her dad Tommy took part in the Berwick Boxing Day Swim to raise money for the Border Links Community Hub.  She braved the freezing cold North Sea and raised £355 for our Ramparts project.  We are so proud of you Stacey and would like to thank everyone who supported and sponsored Stacey & Tommy
